What’s the difference between your padded and non-padded bras?
Our Padded Bras offer subtle shaping and enhanced coverage, while our Non Padded Bras provide a more natural silhouette with lightweight support. Both options are designed with our signature curve-enhancing details.

How do I create an account?
Simply click on “Account” at the top of our website and follow the prompts to register. Having an account allows you to track orders, save favorites, and enjoy faster checkout.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, and we’ll send instructions to reset it to your registered email address.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your lingerie to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet been processed.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide delivery to most countries, excluding certain Asian countries and remote locations. All orders are carefully packed in our Panama City Beach studio and shipped via premium carriers.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two premium shipping options:
1. Express Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days with tracking
2. Complimentary Shipping: Free on orders over $50 USD via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days

Will I have to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in your order total.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For Express Shipping, this includes detailed tracking and signature confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your Sultry Curve pieces. If anything isn’t perfect, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions. Please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
