Our Return Promise

Like the delicate lace on our Chemises & Babydolls, we’ve designed our returns process to be seamless and comfortable:

  • 15-Day Window: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Original Packaging: Please return in the original Sultry Curve packaging

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bralettes & Bras (all styles including Padded, Non Padded, and Non Wired)
  • Brazilian Knickers & High Leg Briefs
  • Hosiery

These intimate items are final sale unless defective upon arrival.

How to Return or Exchange

Our step-by-step process is as smooth as our Beachwear fabrics:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Instructions

Within 24 business hours, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)
  • International return address (for non-US customers)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and:

  • US Customers: Use provided FedEx label
  • International: Ship via tracked mail to:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)

Beachwear Special Note

Our Beach Dresses and Beach Coverups may be returned, but please ensure they show no signs of wear or exposure to sand/saltwater.
